Yes. Claiming your listing, correcting it and using the badge are all free, and there's nothing to buy.

How do you check the facts on my listing?

We read your own website (visit, FAQ, reservation and policy pages) and record what it says about picnics, outside food and wine, purchases, reservations, fees and groups, with a link to the page and the date. Blogs and review sites are only leads. A person reviews every change to a picnic rule before it's published. How we verify

How often do you re-check my listing?

Every listing was checked against official sources on or after September 25, 2026. A listing is typically re-checked every 1 days, and whenever a visitor or owner reports a change. So far, re-checks have corrected 315 listings.

How do I report a change?

Use the form on this page, or the update form on your listing. Tell us what changed and, if you can, link the page on your website that says so. We reply within two business days, and your listing shows the new check date once it's updated.

Can we add our own photos?

Yes, if you own them: photos you or your staff took, or ones your photographer has given you the rights to share. Please don't send pictures copied from Google, Yelp, Instagram or other websites. We credit the photographer by name. Add a link in the form, or send the photos when we reply.

How do you know I work there?

We reply to the work email you give us. An address at your business's domain is quickest; with any other address, we confirm with the business another way before changing anything.

What if we don't allow picnics?

Tell us. A clear no on your listing saves your staff from turning people away at the door, and the page points visitors to nearby places that do welcome picnics.
