Information only — always confirm with the venue

Napa Picnic Guide publishes information about picnic policies, fees, hours and amenities gathered from venues' own websites and other sources. Policies change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate but can't guarantee it; confirm directly with the venue before you visit. Nothing on this site is an offer or reservation.

Drink responsibly

You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol in California. Follow each venue's and park's rules, and never drink and drive.

Your submissions

When you send us a suggestion, correction, review note or photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit and publish it in connection with the site. Don't submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may edit or decline submissions.

Visitor reports and photos

Reports and photos you share on a listing appear only after we've reviewed them. We may shorten a tip or lightly edit it for clarity, and we decline anything off-topic, promotional or unkind.

  • Your photo stays yours. By sharing one, you confirm you took it and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish it on napapicnicguide.com, resized or cropped to fit, credited with the name you gave us. We don't sell your photo or license it to anyone else.
  • Share the place, not the people. We don't publish photos in which someone can be recognized or a license plate can be read.
  • Only the name you choose. A report shows the first name or initials you give (if any), and a photo the credit you give. We don't ask for an email address for either.
  • Removal. To take down a report or photo you shared, email hello@napapicnicguide.com with the page and the name it's credited to, and we'll remove it.

If you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, email hello@napapicnicguide.com with: the work you own; the page where it appears; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner (see the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512). We'll take the material down promptly while we look into it.

Featured listings and partners

Paid placements are labeled “Featured.” Payment doesn't affect the accuracy of what we publish about a venue's policies. When we connect you with a picnic company or venue, your booking is with that business, not with us.

We link to other websites for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it or reliance on its information.
