The Model Bakery works out of a Main Street building that has housed a bakery since 1908, still using brick ovens built in the 1920s, and is best known for its English muffins, a repeat pick for Oprah's Favorite Things. The St. Helena flagship adds salads, soups, sandwiches and pizza at lunch; sister counters operate at Oxbow Public Market in Napa and as the 'Mini Model' in Yountville (closed Tue–Wed).
