Zialena is a small family-owned winery on River Road in Alexander Valley, on land the Mazzoni family has farmed for nearly a century, with a patio looking over their 100-acre vineyard in every direction. Its tasting page puts it simply: pups, kids and picnics are welcome, just add wine, whether that's a $40 tasting or a glass or bottle. Walk-ins are welcome daily, 10:30am–4pm; the one exception is its Wine Club Saturday events, when outside food isn't allowed.
