About Ray's Delicatessen & Tavern

Founded in 1947 by Ray and Rose Colaizzi in a former garage, Ray's is the last of Petaluma's old grocery-and-tavern combinations, now centered on scratch-made deli sandwiches next to a local bar with 11 taps. It's a characterful place to pick up big sandwiches or a platter for a west-side Petaluma picnic.
